New doctor in the group: Dr. Laura Gómez

Laura Gómez successfully passed her PhD defense and became Dr. Gómez! On June 4th, Laura presented her thesis entitled "Bioinspired iron and manganese catalysts for the effective and selective oxidation of alkanes and alkenes", supervised by Dr. Miquel Costas and Dr. Xavi Ribas. The PhD jury was formed by Prof. Robertus Klein Gebbink (Utrecht University, The Netherlands), Dr. Julio Lloret-Fillol (University of Girona), Prof. Ronald Hage (University of Groningen), Dr. Mª del Mar Díaz-Requejo (University of Huelva) and Dr. David Amabilino (Autonomous University of Barcelona).
