New doctor in the group: Dr. Laia Vicens

Laia Vicens successfully passed her PhD defense and became Dr. Vicens! On July 18th, Laia presented her thesis entitled "Implementing amino acids in manganese-catalyzed biologically inspired oxidations: γ-lactonization and ligand design", supervised by Prof. Miquel Costas. The PhD jury was formed by Prof. Enrique García-España (University of Valencia), Prof. Olga García-Mancheño (Münster University, Germany) and Dr. Arkaitz Correa (University of the Basque Country). Congratulations Laia!
