Miquel Costas is awarded with Ciamician-González Lecturship Award 2023

The Italian Society of Chemistry (SCI) has distinguished Prof. Miquel Costas with the Ciamician-González Lecturship 2023. With this award, the Italian Society of Chemsity recognizes important scientific contributions in the interphase between Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry and Applied Catalysis. In particular, Prof. Costas has been awarded because "The studies of Prof. Costas improve the role and the potential of first-row transition metals, the rational design and the implementation of efficient and sustainable catalytic processes in the enantioselective functionalization of C-H and C=C bonds". As awardee, Miquel will be invited to present his research in three Italian Universities in Italy during 2024. Congratulations Miquel!
