Laia Vicens wins Josep Castells PhD Award

Dr. Laia Vicens has been awarded with the Josep Castells Award by the Catalan Section of the Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry (RSEQ-Cat). Her PhD thesis, entitled "Implementing amino acids in manganese-catalyzed biologically inspired oxidations: γ-lactonization and ligand design" and supervised by Dr. Miquel Costas has been recognized as one of the best PhD thesis in Chemistry in 2023.
